so LIMELIGHT is over.
seeing the juniors on stage performing their best,
it brought back memories to way back in st marg's.
ms wee will always get annoyed with the way we sit,
we used to wear the skirt which was slightly above the knee and rather straight cut so we used to unconsciously sit with our legs apart.
yes, very unglam and what is supposed to be private is opened for free viewing.
so tonight, i was sitting at the stall seats and ahem, i saw a few opening their legs quite far apart that i felt embarrassed for them. =X

the applause and fulfillment from the crowd below would be so immense that i'll get goosebumps.
it's like all the hard work put in was worth it.
i kind of miss that feeling, miss performing on a stage, miss playing the clarinet, i miss playing under the baton of mr tan.

there was this particular piece tonight that if it was mr tan conducting it,
it would have been so much more entertaining.
not criticizing ms chong here okay, she did a great job!

and during the pieces that the alumni band was playing,
mr lim joined in!
it looked so weird at first because it was all girls and he was the only guy.
he continued playing for the combined piece and encore.
he's secretly an ex-st marg'ss girl.

oh well,
it's over and i could only regret not performing so i should just rub it off.
it has always been victoria concert hall, and this time it's at ESPLANADE!
sobs.
can the next polka be at esplanade too?
