mummy just sent me an email and i thought it was quite funny!

Poems written by WIFE and HUSBAND

WIFE:
I wrote your name on sand it got washed,
I wrote your name in air, it was blown away,
Then I wrote your name on my heart,
And I got Heart Attack.

HUSBAND:

God saw me hungry, he created pizza,
He saw me thirsty, he created Pepsi,
He saw me in dark, he created light,
He saw me without problems, he created YOU.

WIFE:

Twinkle twinkle little star,
You should know what you are,
And once you know what you are,
Mental hospital is not so far.

HUSBAND:

The rain makes all things beautiful,
The grass and flowers too,
If rain makes all things beautiful,
Why doesn't it rain on you?

WIFE:

Roses are red; Violets are blue,
Monkeys like u should be kept in zoo,
Don't feel so angry you will find me there too,
Not in cage but laughing at you.

went for alumni band prac tonight.
i'm having mixed feelings about performing.
it feels different, i cant really communicate with my section (which is a big drawback), exams MIGHT be around the same time as the concert (7april).
i dont see any meaning in performing this time round besides the point that i told myself before that i want to be part of every POLKA concert.
but i missed the latest concert last year so i guess no point in holding on to that statement right?
besides, this year's concert isnt really POLKA, it's called LIMELIGHT.
oh well, and there's like so little people from my batch.
make that just naqiah and i?
the rest are younger batches, hazel and shufeng.

however, this year's concert will be very different from the previous years.
why?
because it'll be at ESPLANADE.
every band's wish to be able to hold a concert there and obviously i want to experience performing there too.
sigh.

i'm envious of people that have the opportunity to travel to so many countries.
i'm also envious of people who get to travel with friends as and when they want.
my attempts are always unsuccessful because of financial reasons.
sigh.

i want to go bangkok, australia, hongkong.

you see, i never dare dream of going any further.
and going on a holiday, it's very important to be going with the 'right' people, bet you what i mean.
