mini gingerbread man!
with other shapes like x,mas tree, bell and snowman
had to keep bringing the dough to freeze so it'll be easier to cut the shape.

my very helpful assistant who enjoyed the whole process! =))))))
i halved all the ingredients so it wasnt a lot.
my uncle thinks the ginger taste wasnt strong enough and maybe i should use ginger shavings instead.

but i think i will stick to ground ginger but maybe up by a little more?
