alive and kicking.
the guy who served me was not bad looking.
he's hands were shivering while he helped me insert the sim and batt.

02ndOct - mon (DAY FOUR)
dee came down to TST station to meet me.
TST seems quite alien to her.
trained to causeway bay and i had my lunch at thise cafe she brought me to.
then we catched up and stuffs and gave karen a call.
SORRIE I FORGOT TO BRING OUR PRESENTS FOR HER.
i intentionally didnt bring my cam cuz i wanted to save the batt for tonight at the peak.
(yes, my cam batt is weak)
and no! i wasnt scared of talkin to you ok!
den we walked around and i only got a brackelet that matches my necklace and earrings that i bought on the first day.
LOVES.
like i said, i dont like the fashion in hongkong this season.
so dont worry bout it dee!

she was wearing converse shoes and her legs was aching alr,

mum stayed at the hotel the whole day cuz she had diarrhoe.

we walked till bout 6 and she brought me to the mtr station.
I TRAINED+ WALKED ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE HOTEL MYSELF OKAY!

while dee went to his bf's house.

i exited at the wrong exit and while i was walking,
i was thinking, "how come this place dont look familiar to me?"
nvm, i cont walking and the sky was gettin dark.
when i walked pass this temple or smth then it struck me that i'm at the wrong route.
GRRRRRRRRRRR.
walked back to the train station and finally exited the right one.
-phew-
i dont like such LONNNNGGG and BIIIGGG train stations.

planned to go to the peak tonight but mum's tummy not feeling good enough so we shall go the next day.
for dinner, both of us went to a restaurant nearby for steamboat!
one side of the pot was clear soup while the other side was 'mala'.
placed orders for our 'ingredients'.
it's not self service to get ure own food.
had our own sweet time finishing up the food.

03rdOct - tues (DAY FIVE)
had breakfast at a nearby 'cha chan ting'.
no more 'bo lor bao'... : (((
ordered ham and cheese sandwich and veg.
walau, the sandwich is like so simple la!
a slice of cheese and ham LIKE THAT, bread not toasted..
i also know how to make!
ice lemon tea is called 'dong leng cha' and it's very nice.
s'pores one is like... :X
and tea with milk is called 'nai cha'.

walked around the area while waiting for connie and clarice.
i bought two tops.
hk$49.90 each.

trained at bused to shatin to meet one of our relative.
i call him 'zhak sok gong'.
he may be 70+years old but he's fitter than any one of us.

he brought us to a place for dimsum.
mum and connie said the food aint very nice.
BUT THE XIAO LONG BAO ROCKS.

meeting another relative cuz she's bringing us up to the peak.
connie, clarice and 'zhak sok gong' sent us to the KTR station.
another kind of train.
i lead mum the way we nearly took the train towards china.
she kept telling me it's the wrong line but i insist i'm right.
so i was wrong in the end.

wanted to cab back to hotel but NO!
it's gonna go up to like S$50+.
rest a lil at the hotel and went to meet the relative.
it's my uncle's wife's elder sister.
i wore one of my new top that i just bought early in the day!
pretty!

the queue for the tram was so friggin long!
supposed to meet dee at mcdonald station along the way up to the peak.
when i reached the peak, i called dee and was like.. how come the tram didnt stop?
she said i was supposed to PRESS THE BELL.
uh-oh! sorrie for making you wait at the station!
the way up was SO steep and when you see the buildings built on the mountain,
it looks as tho it's gonna collapse anytime cuz they're leaning forward.
SCARY~!

the peak wasnt as cooling as i thought it should be.
and we couldnt get a good view cuz of the frigging haze.
and there were LOADS of china ppl.
-faints-
according to mum, the peak is so much nicer now with two shopping malls.
but one of the mall is exceptionally quiet cuz no one goes there.
i dont know why.

met the relative's husband who has a project at the peak.
so cool.
such coincidence.
he took some photos for mum and i so now we have to wait for him to develop and send it over to us.

had a lil food at macs.
the fries tastes nicer.
maybe i was just hungry.
and i asked for sweet and sour sauce and the person said i had to pay hk$5 (S$1) for it.
i was shocked.
like in s'pore, we could ask for ALL the sauces and not be charged for it.
walau.. cheat money..

WAX MUSEUM NEXT!
entrance fee was hk$110 (S$22).
so ex!
mum and i had a jolly good time in there!
but she claims i had the most fun.
kept taking photos and posing all the retarded and funny pose.

there's the royal family, princess diana, einstien, james bond, aaron kowk, eddy murphy, ect.
when you see the photos, you'll know how much fun i have in there.
IT'S HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO GO WHEN URE IN HONGKONG.
there was this sumo wrestler and i wore the 'suit' to pose with it.
a couple walked pass, stopped and laughed at me!
i'm not angry bout it cuz we were all enjoying!

mum was so eager to see her idol anita mui.
it SO dont look like her.

decided not to queue for the tram down which was quite wasted,
cabbed down and stopped by dee's place to pass her the presents.
how come she wears jeans and eyeliner at home?
anw, cabbed to this 'tong chew' restaurant.
THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD.
so were the desserts.
i love the strawberry pork ribs!
we saw the waiter serving it to the other table and it looked to tempting.
the place is very packed with people and the layout of the place was just like the olden days kinna thing.

mum didnt want the relatives to pay for the bill cuz it was nice of them to accompany us to the peak alr so she sneaked the bill off the table and passed it to me.
i sneaked to the cashier and paid without them realising. (in hk, you take the bill to the cashier and pay)
when they realised, they felt SO bad so they insisted on treating us dessert.
so couldnt reject.

back at hotel close to 12.
looked into the mirror and my nose was all BLUE.
like someone punched me or smth.
i screamed and my mum saw my nose and laughed!
walau.
is was the colour from my top!
kanasai!
imagine me walking around the whole night with THIS nose!
took the top off and packed it nicely back into the cover and plastic bag.
so much for cheap buys eh.

04thOct-wed (DAY SIX)
woke up early to pack.
I HATE PACKING.
everything was everywhere i didnt know where to start.
so i just stuff and stuff.
checked out at 11am plus and left our luggages with the bell boy.
i forgot to mention, when we checked in to the hotel, the bell boy brought our luggages up for us.
mum was searching her pocket for small notes but to no avail.
the poor boy was feeling so paiseh!
so were we.

went to the shop that i bought my top from.
told them the colour runs and exchanged for another.
have to top up hk$20 tho.
mum: i bought this yesterday and havent even wear become like that (colour runs caused smudges) alr! (in cantonese)
wad a good liar sia.
cuz i wore it the whole night!
but i really liked that top.

cabbed to 'tong chew' AGAIN for our brunch.
mum and i ordered quite a lot.
took our time to enjoy as more and more people start to pour in.
in hongkong, if you only have two people, ure supposed to share the table with other people.
but despite the crowd, they didnt get anyone to share the table with us.
hmmmmmmmmmm.

walked around.
saw the ipod nano selling at hk$1550 (S$310).
cheaper than s'pore!
told mum i wanna buy she said
"dont buy here. if anything happens like your hp how?! s'pore is not gonna be responsible for it. you want to buy go back to s'pore then buy. i'll top up the remaining."
WAH~! WAD HAPPENED TO MY MOTHER AFTER WE ARRIVED AT HK AH!
NEW HP ALSO WILLING TO BUY, THIS ONE ALSO WILLING TO BUY.
MIRACLE OK! WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN SHE SAID SHE'LL TOP UP THE REMAINING!

went in to hmv and i bought FIVE dvds.
i'm mad i tell you.
they cost me hk$579(S$115).

back to the hotel to wait for the relative (uncle's wife's sister).
mum predicted cuz she felt so bad for not being able to pay for dinner, she bought us mushrooms.
waited at the cafe and i ordered baileys irish cream.
my face went all red after the whole cup and i was a lil high.

indeed she bought mushrooms for us.
haiyo.. so 'ke qi' for wad!
then she brought us to the ferry terminal.
we were at kowloon side so we looked over to hongkong side.
as usual, the haze interrupted our view with the tall buildings.

cabbed back to the hotel and a bus came at 1710 sharp to bring us to the airport.
after check in, went to 'wing wah' to buy those local products.
boxes and boxes of it.
rushed down to the service centre to claim the remainings of our octopus card (ezlink).
cuz of the tight security, we didnt have a lot of time.
i was rushing like mad to get souvenirs for YOU people.
i went into THIS particular shop and just pointed at THIS and told the sales girl
"i want 21 of this!"
she starred at me and told her colleague "she want 21 of THIS".
she took a basket and started counting.
after 21, she showed me another thing which was cute.
then i thought, hmmm, ok.
"6 of this and instead of 21 of that, i want 15."
IT WAS ONE WHOLE BIG BAG OF IT MAN.
it was all so rushy i didnt have enough time to think whether it was suitable.
as long as i got something i'm satisfied.

mum was so afraid the gate will close.

it was a long way to gate 46.
had to take a train and then walk somemore!
the stuffs we bought at the airport weighs a ton ok!
final got to the place 5min before it closes.

i realise they separated us and the angmoh's with the others.
cuz they had go through another round of checking.
terrorists ah!
the seats now were so much more comfy.
2005 the plane takes off....

they were supposed to play mission impossible on the plane but due to technical prob,
they played DEVIL WEARS PRADA.
yay!
didnt even sleep a wink during the 3.5hours journey.

HELLO SINGAPORE!
a place i call home...

i was having some difficulty gettin those bags of souvenirs down from the compartment.
i was standing on the chair and pulling and shifting and the guys sitting behind didnt even offered to help but just stood and stare.
WTF OKAY!
such MAN should just go into extinction.

bought kahlua liquor for aunt and i bought absolute vodka vanilla for myself.
S$24 PLUS only if i'm not wrong.

me: just mix a bit with sprite or smth.
mum: oh...
wah~! so shocked my mum was willing to buy it without probing!
I CAN BE AN ALCOHOLIC NOW.

so now i am back in SINGAPORE.
