what you see may not be what you get

you are very worrying!
what shocked me most was she's on anti-depressant.
sigh, though you cant control most things, but please take it at your own stride.
life may not be treating you well but you should definitely be treating yourself well.
you have to love yourself first if not you cant expect anything from anyone else.
so in the next 4 days, i hope you'll get plenty of rest,
shout out of your window and let the wind carry your unhappiness away.
will definitely look you up after my report is done! (damn report)
meantime, i hope you'll be off those pills.

i'll update about bintan but let me start with our unexpected happenings even before we got to bintan.

1) lesby was supposed to collect her camera pouch from her friend so that we could take photos underwater. who knows her friend left the pouch in her office. in morning, she frantically searched for her NYP lecturer's number and OH HOW LUCKY WAS SHE that she managed to get his contact AND he had the pouch with him in school. so she rushed down and managed to get the pouch. whopppeee doo! we've got many underwater photos!

2) ferry was at 11am. we planned to meet at 10am at harbour front. i was holding the documents to exchange for the ferry pass. when i reached, jun and khornee were having breakfast at macs so i thought i go check in first. i asked the staff "where do i check in for bintan?" she looked and me and said "har? bintan?! bintan is not from here! it's the one at tanah merah!" stunned.

i quickly called jun to dapao her breakfast and come meet me. lesby was still on her way to harbour front. we decided to cab down. i called the tanah merah ferry terminal and was told that if we dont reach by 1045, we will have to take the next ferry which is at 2pm and pay another $5 each. at 1015, we were still at harbour front trying to get a cab. harbour front to changi is not near.

picked lesby up from the bus stop and told the driver to F1 down to tanah merah ferry terminal. she was nice and the traffic was being good to us. we managed to reach 2min before 1045. -phew-. we even planned that when the cab stop, they will zoom out of the taxi and run to check in while i pay the fare. can you imagine how kan chiong we were! what if we really couldnt make it on time! thank goodness WE MADE IT.

we made a conclusion: we get 'suay' first then 'heng'. suay-heng day = sueng!

i think the company is very important for a good trip although it's just a 2D1N trip. so what's the next foreign land? 3D2N by air? =))))))))))
