what you see may not be what you get

i just saw the report on the sichuan earthquake on the news just now and i never knew it was THIS serious. seeing family members anticipating at the site with a glimpse of hope in them that they will be able to see their loved one whether dead or alive. they just needed an answer. many kids or even teenagers like myself became orphans in just split seconds. Seeing so many volunteers flying over got me inspired to be one too. i want to help. i want to do something. but i know, it's just all in the mind with no actions. i suddenly feel a surge of emotions. what 's the world coming to? is it really going to be the end of the world soon?

we should really be blessed to be in this little sunning island, Singapore with no natural disasters and really stop complaining about the blazing hot sun. (although sometimes, it's inevitable)

the world is indeed changing.
