what you see may not be what you get

i guess many have read news about FARRER COURT in the papers. some residents are just so desperate and doing things that make them look like a fool. i believe they are well grown adults and know how to think for themselves. they DO NOT have to use such despicable actions to make people sign and agree to the en-bloc sale. like residents have their own freedom to decide whether they wanna sell. if they are happy living here, then LET THEM BE.

one resident circulated a letter around the estate ranting that farrer court has bad feng shui because of the digging for the circle line. it caused suicide, more femal children, funeral during the chinese new year. if he really thinks farrer court is so 'dirty' and aint worth living at, then he should jolly well just sell his flat and not wait for the en-bloc. isn't it obvious that he's after the money and coming up with all sorts of excuses to make people leave? i think if someone were to really be affected by this bad feng shui thing, he wouldnt care less whether the en-bloc gets through or not and just get out of farrer court asap. so tell me why is he still living here?

i think whatever he mentioned in the letter was really STUPID and RIDICULOUS. trying to scare residents for the sake of his own advantage. how despicable! suicide happens everywhere around singapore, it just so happens that it happened during the course of the en-bloc. it wasnt even proven to be a suicide, it could be an accident who knows? he hasnt even spared a thought for the family members before making such comments. there wasnt such negative comments about farrer court until recently, this guy ought to wake up and think about his actions. (or it might be a she)

farrer court is indeed a nice place to live in. the convenience to the market, shops, town, mrt, etc. i'm neutral to whether or not the en-bloc goes through. i just cant tolerate such residents making sucha big 'hoo-ha' and making its way to the papers. it's nothing to be proud of if you're the one who started everything. dont go round harrassing residents who hasnt agreed, where's your dignity?
